Create a Form

Overview:


Forms within Convey allows you to create custom forms relative to your business processes within the APP. It eliminates the need to have paper flying around.


Steps:

1. Click the button titled "Forms" on the navigation bar.

2. Click "+New Form" on the top right corner.
 
  • Enter a title for your form and press "Enter" on your key board.

3. Your new form will now be added to the list on your Forms sections.
 
  • Click to highlight your form and press the little blue pencil button to navigate to the editing section.

4. Click the "+" to start creating your data fields
